Each 5" X 7" home portrait is painted on archival 140lb cold press watercolor paper and placed inside a protective 8" X 10" white picture matboard. These are REAL one-of-a-kind paintings. ART that is not created by AI or a photoshop filter.

HOW TO ORDER:
• Purchase custom home portrait from this listing.
• Tell me any details or requests for your home painting in text field below.
• Email a clear photo of your home to LeslieSaiz@gmail.com
PROTIP: Make sure photo is at the angle you would like painted, send multiples if you aren't sure which is best.
TURN AROUND TIME: 3-7 days
Once I receive your reference pictures, please allow up to 7 days for me to paint your custom home portrait. This does not include shipping time.
SHIPPING:
Once your custom portrait is complete, it will be securly packed and mailed via USPS first class mail, with tracking. If you need it faster, please upgrade shipping option at check out.
NOTE TO BUYERS
• Any portrait created may be featured in my shop portfolio or social media (after it has been recieved of course).
• Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order once I receive photos.
• All portraits are signed with my initial on lower right corner.
